i really enjoyed how nicely decorated my double or twin room street view was. the bed was comfortable. the location is awesome for exploring the city (everything is super close!).
the room was warm. there was no air conditioning.

the hotel location was great. it was right next to the metro and close to local shops. the room presentation was good with modern fittings. multiple plug socket options were available, including swiss, eur, and uk styles.
pillows were not great. the shower was a wetroom, and it leaked out the door. it was also very warm at night with no air conditioning. i asked for a fan, but i never got one.

i found the location very convenient near the metro station. the hotel provided complimentary transportation tickets for local travel, a lovely surprise. my room included a cathedral view, something i appreciated very much. the staff were both friendly and consistently helpful .
the street outside my room was a bit noisy , so keeping the windows open wasn't always possible.

The location was excellent. The metro station was very close. i also received public transportation tickets upon arrival (it was a nice perk). the room, a family room, was clean and well-kept.
the lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm during the day (i visited in the summer).
