nice decoration comfortable bed awesome location
i really enjoyed how nicely decorated my double or twin room street view was. the bed was comfortable. the location is awesome for exploring the city (everything is super close!).
the room was warm. there was no air conditioning.

the breakfast had a great view towards the cathedral. i saw a good selection of pastries and fruits. there were also hot options available, like eggs and bacon, for a complete breakfast.

i got a free pass for transportation, a great perk for getting around. the hotel is near metro 2 and other public transport options. this made traveling around super easy.

metro access modern fittings socket options
the hotel location was great. it was right next to the metro and close to local shops. the room presentation was good with modern fittings. multiple plug socket options were available, including swiss, eur, and uk styles.
pillows were not great. the shower was a wetroom, and it leaked out the door. it was also very warm at night with no air conditioning. i asked for a fan, but i never got one.

the receptionist desk staff are friendly. the staff was helpful, and a free metro pass was given. the staff showed an eagerness to assist guests with directions and local information.

i found the location very convenient near the metro station. the hotel provided complimentary transportation tickets for local travel, a lovely surprise. my room included a cathedral view, something i appreciated very much. the staff were both friendly and consistently helpful .
the street outside my room was a bit noisy , so keeping the windows open wasn't always possible.

the breakfast area offered a pleasant view, a lovely way to start the day. a wide selection of local wines were available, perfect for sampling regional flavors. i found the tea kettle in my room very useful.

the hotel is near shopping areas with local restaurants. i found an iron readily available. the wifi worked well for morning business meetings. the comfortable bed was fine for me.
the hotel lacks air conditioning, made the room quite hot, especially during warmer days. this required me to keep the window open to ventilate.
